Typealyzer This!

Leave it to Thomas MacEntee to find ways to keep us amused. His latest find over at Bootcamp for Genea-bloggers is called Typealyzer. This nifty little gadget will analyze the writing on a blog and give you results akin to the Myers-Briggs personality types.

According to the Typealyzer, The Educated Genealogist and the
Educated Graveyard Rabbit are ESTP- Extrovert Sensing Thinking Perceiving

THE DO-ERS - The active and play-ful type. They are especially attuned to people and things around them and often full of energy, talking, joking and engaging in physical out-door activities. The Doers are happiest with action-filled work which craves their full attention and focus. They might be very impulsive and more keen on starting something new than following it through. They might have a problem with sitting still or remaining inactive for any period of time.

They even show you what part of the brain was dominant during writing. For me showed Practical, Thinking (logic) and Sensing (order, habit, details).

They have a widget that you can put on your blog that updates itself as you write more posts.

  1. My blog is ESTP, too. It's funny because I'm more introverted personally, but my blog is extroverted because I'm genealogically crazy.
